Our department was opened in 2009 with the establishment of our faculty and started to admit students in 2012. It entered the guide with a capacity of 40 students each for day and night education. Our graduates work in private companies and public institutions. Our department has a total of 12 academic staff, including 3 Assoc. Prof. Dr., 6 Assistant Prof. Dr. and 3 Research Assistants.

The vision of our department is to be a department that directs the IT sector worldwide in academic and technological fields.

To be a center of attraction for faculty members and students with its rich academic staff, wide study areas and resources that provide a research environment where technological developments can be closely followed, to contribute to the studies in which standards are established in the field of computer engineering in our country, to continuously improve the knowledge acquired, to produce practical and fast solutions, to draw attention with its harmony in joint studies, to be successful in human relations, to have the skills to provide leadership in industry, academia and public sector, to train graduates who will serve the society in line with national needs.
